Shipping and Invoicing

All wares are shipped with bill of lading or analogous tax documentation emitted by Francesca Dell'Oro at the moment of sending of the products themselves towards the client. To such end, it is critical to communicate a valid VAT number and tax code.
The information given by the client at the moment of ordering attests to the bill's emission.
No bill variation will be possible after its emission.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are automatically applied at the moment of purchase. For orders with more than one article, shipping charges are only applied once.
Shipping normally occurs within 1 workday since order reception (depending on the product's availability), through GLS pony express or analogous, with delivery times of between 2 and 6 workdays (excluding Saturday and Sunday) after collection, depending on the delivery's area.

Shipping charges in Italy amount to €6,00.

Shipping charges in Europe amount to €15,00.

Shipping outside of Europe is not currently managed through the website. Prospective orders with shipping destination outside of Europe may be annulled.

Optional accessory expenses:
The choice of Payment by cash on delivery comports an extra cost of €4,50 for the client.

Delivery times

Purchases will be shipped by Francesca Dell'Oro within 10 days (depending on availability) since order reception, through GLS pony express (or analogous).
Barring explicit indication from our customer service, delivery is intended at street level.

What to do upon receiving the products

At the time of delivery the client is obliged to ensure:
• That the number of packages delivered corresponds to what specified on bill of lading
• That the package appears to be intact and unaltered, including its tape
• In case of tampering and/or damage the client will immediately have to request dispute of the shipment and/or delivery by writing "SUBJECT TO VERIFICATION" as motivation, and then signing.
• The client will then have to report any damage within 7 (seven) days since receiving the wares. Should the client not collect within 5 (five) workdays the ordered products stored within the courier's and/or Francesca Dell'Oro's storehouses, due to the reiterate inability to deliver at the address specified by the client while placing the order, the order itself will be annulled.

Once delivery receipt is signed, the client won't be able to request any sort of dispute regarding the external appearance of what was delivered.
